Our 925 sterling silver jewelry is waterproof and made for everyday wear, so you can keep it on while showering, exercising or going about your day. Sterling silver can naturally oxidize and develop a darker appearance over time, which is completely normal. If this happens, gently polish your piece with a soft silver polishing cloth or use a silver dip according to the product's instructions. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not wearing it to keep it looking its best.

Orders of €35 or more qualify for free shipping to Portugal and Spain. Orders of €70 or more qualify for free shipping to other European Union destinations.
Free shipping is available to mainland Portugal and Spain. If you’re ordering from an island, please check the shipping rate at checkout.
You have 14 days after delivery to return an item. To start a return or exchange, email us at plata.portugal@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customized items and gift cards are non-refundable, and shipping fees, gift bags, and premium wrapping are not refunded. Sale items are refunded at the price paid. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll refund your original payment method if everything is in perfect condition.
