Remove them before showering, swimming or exercising, and gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store them somewhere dry and avoid silver polishing cloths, abrasive cleaners or vigorous rubbing, as these can gradually wear away the plated finish.

Our 925 sterling silver jewelry is waterproof and made for everyday wear, so you can keep it on while showering, exercising or going about your day. Sterling silver can naturally oxidize and develop a darker appearance over time, which is completely normal. If this happens, gently polish your piece with a soft silver polishing cloth or use a silver dip according to the product's instructions. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not wearing it to keep it looking its best.

We ship to Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Germany and United Kingdom. If you can’t find your country at checkout, please reach out and we’ll assist you.
Orders of €35 or more qualify for free shipping to Portugal and Spain. Orders of €60 or more qualify for free shipping to other European Union destinations and the UK.
Shipments to the UK have customs duties or import taxes included in your order total so you don’t have to worry about it :)
You have 14 days after delivery to return an item. To start a return or exchange, email us at plata.portugal@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customized items and gift cards are non-refundable, and shipping fees, gift bags, and premium wrapping are not refunded. Sale items are refunded at the price paid. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll refund your original payment method if everything is in perfect condition.
